LETS TALK ABOUT THE YEAR FOUR UPDATE

Current Reality Though strategic plans reimagine the future (grounded in our shared mission and vision), our court has been realistic in what can be achieved year by year. In our current reality, highlighted by the pandemic and budget cuts, our court has had to be even more careful and focused. As compared to one year ago, there is more work to do--such as backlogs--with fewer people or resources to do it with. In light of our challenges, this year's strategic plan update will only include essential projects; either long term projects carried over from last year or new projects required to meet the court's ongoing service mandate.
